In the light of your request, we look for applicants matching the job description, using our database and our professional networking system (candidates, schools, trade associations, outplacement companies, sites, etc...).. We ask them to come along for an initial structured interview and those matching your company's requirements are presented for your appraisal, to be incorporated into your recruitment and selection process. This approach involves a skills review based on an in-depth interview and a career review. The in-depth assessments and referral checks are optional.

Recruitment and selection
For hard-to-find talent with unique skill sets, we are able to act upon your request to provide a more carefully targeted service: from needs analysis (systemic approach) to the undertaking, via the identification of the recruitment sources, preparing an information campaign and contacts made thanks to our professional networking system (candidates, schools, trade associations, outplacement companies, sites, etc...). A direct approach may be considered.

Assignment management
A company is typically faced with one-off assignments, for shorter or longer periods, while the management is not keen on taking people on full time to complete the assignments. In this case, E-NEOS offers to provide you with a temporary manager to help out temporarily for a specified period or as long as the assignment lasts. These temporary managers are well-acquainted with these kinds of assignments, bringing all their experience to bear in the matter. They are able to get started within a very short space of time, immediately proving how very efficient they can be.
