Our selection procedure kicks off with finding out what makes your company tick: strategy, business culture, values, … Once our business proposition has been approved, we work with you to produce an itemised description of the vacancy to be filled. It is vital to combine all the right ingredients to achieve the "perfect match".
The next stage involves deploying all our miscellaneous recruitment tools to launch the search process.
Each potential candidate is invited to an in-depth interview during which E-Neos checks up on the motivation and the match (in both technical and cultural terms) between the applicant's profile and your requirements. A referral check is made subject to the candidate's agreement.
Candidates matching your requirements are presented one by one. .
Once you have found your candidate you want to be sure you have the right person for the job, whereupon the individual is sent a personality test by e-mail (prepared by our HR experts) and we forward you the report, free of charge.
Tailor-made/flexible services
E-Néos is anxious to be flexible and accommodating in dealings with its customers.
- shortage of time, other priorities, …: you may outsource your recruitment and/or selection requirements. We can provide you with someone to take charge of the entire procedure.
- testing: we can carry out psychometric tests to investigate the capabilities of the candidates, whether they are chosen by you or E-Néos.
- File search, media search, executive search: from needs analysis (systemic approach) to the undertaking, via the identification of the recruitment sources, preparing an information campaign and contacts made thanks to our professional networking system, … In this case, this case the search will include an in-depth psychometric analysis.
Technical assignment management
Your company is faced with one-off assignments, for shorter or longer periods, but you are not keen on taking people on full time to complete the assignments. In this case, E-NEOS offers to provide you with people to help out temporarily for a specified period or as long as the assignment lasts. They are on our payroll, enjoying the same benefits as permanent staff, so you do not need to enter into any commitments in the case of these individuals. Any decision by your company to take on these people on a permanent basis is subject to the prior agreement between the two parties (you and e-Néos). As a result of promoting these activities, e-Néos is eager to become a true partner in your human resource management process.
